This branch of Maccabi Healthcare Services features a dedicated office and laboratory building spanning 8,500 square meters, designed to accommodate a variety of medical laboratories.
Tailored specifically for Maccabi Healthcare Services, the building meets stringent requirements for laboratory operations and other specialized needs. It includes advanced systems and specialized infrastructure such as water treatment, unique wastewater management, air purification units, and robust structural design ensuring high resilience and operational autonomy.
Current Status: Construction is complete, with the facility now housing approximately 150 employees of Maccabi Healthcare Laboratories.
A collaborative project with Kibbutz Ein Shemer to develop logistics centers near Highway 6 (Iron Interchange).
The park will occupy approximately 32 dunams of land and feature two single-story buildings totaling around 20,000 square meters, including gallery areas. The project will accommodate 1–4 tenants.
Current Status: In the phase of obtaining construction permits and marketing.
A collaborative project with Moshav Yarhiv to establish a logistics center on approximately 40 dunams, situated near the Eyal Interchange on Highway 6.
Status: Progressing with approval of the urban building plan under the jurisdiction of a district committee.
Located at the intersection of Aminadav and Meitav streets in Tel Aviv, this project comprises a 14-story residential building with commercial and office floors, as well as parking basements. It includes 81 residential units and 2,100 square meters of commercial and office space.
Status: Progressing with the issuance of a building permit.
In April 2024, Massad Oz Development and Investments won a
management tender to acquire land for building 83 residential units in the Hof Hazahav neighborhood in northern Netanya, near Moshav Havatzelet.
The project will consist of up to three buildings, each up to 10 stories tall.
Status: Planning for a building permit is underway.
